Baxter FreeFlex Sodium Chloride IV Fusion 0.9% 250ml is a colourless and solution.
It is used for:
- Treating fluid loss and to restore sodium chloride balance in the body fluid. An ideal levels of salt in fluid circulation is essential for good health.
- Treating patients who are unable to ingest fluids and nutrients orally.
- Dilution of other medicines before injection into the body.
- The management of metabolic alkalosis in the presence of fluid loss
- Restoring or maintaining sodium and chloride ions in the body(control of water distribution, fluid and electrolyte balance)
