A pharmacist must sight the original paper prescription and the corresponding repeat forms to be able to legally supply a prescription medication. A pharmacist may only supply a prescription medication without a paper prescription if they are provided an electronic prescription token instead.

We highly recommended writing your return address on the back of the envelope in the rare circumstance that Australia Post has an issue with your mail and it needs to be returned to you.

In store these products are kept in the Professional Service Area which is in view of the Pharmacist.

Online there is no Pharmacist present during the transaction; therefore we can only supply a limit of one per order.

Yes, with your consent, we will retain any repeat prescriptions on file for your convenience. When you wish to order again, please select "prescription on file" when adding your prescription medicine to the shopping cart.

If you would like your prescriptions returned to you, please notify us by email or phone and we will mail your prescriptions to you as soon as possible.

General PBS Price

• If you hold a Medicare card and the medication is eligble under the PBS, you are entitled to this price.
• If you pay this price we will keep record of the eligible patient contribution towards your PBS safety net for the PBS medications supplied.

Concession PBS Price

• If you hold a Medicare card and a valid concessional benefits card you are entitled to this price.
• If you pay this price we will keep record of the eligible patient contribution towards your PBS safety net for the PBS medications supplied.

Private Prescription Price

• This is the full price of the prescription medication, and medication is available to purchase at this price for anyone with a valid Australian prescription.
• When a prescription is dispensed at a private price you will not receive any safety net contribution towards your PBS safety net.

Safety Net Price

• If you hold a Medicare card and a valid safety net Entitlement Card you are entitled to this price.
  
  

No, we only dispatch within Australia.

The PBS helps to make your medicines affordable by limiting the amount you pay. To keep the PBS affordable for everyone, PBS medicines should not be obtained earlier than you need them. You can ask your pharmacist what the time interval is on a particular product. In most cases the time interval is 21 days. Items dispensed before this time interval cannot be covered under the PBS except in special circumstances.

Unless your doctor has endorsed your script "Regulation 24" or has written the prescription for the increased quantity we are unable to supply increased amounts. Please talk to one of our pharmacists before placing an order in this case.

No, we are unable to refund any medications or preparations that are taken orally because we legally we cannot resell these products after they have left our premises. As such, we can not offer refunds for unused medicines. Please take this into consideration when ordering medication through our site.
